NICE TO SEE YOU --LOVERS OF SOUTHALL SBI !! .. Thats nice if any persons (indias-persons ) CAN EXPERIENCED GOOD SERVICE . ...But My own wasn't GOOD : This is not 1st time when cashier asking Me about 10 questions(ANNOING ) Like : maiden-name of Mother , another document , SIGN is different ........... I SPENT THERE about 40 MINUTS FOR 2 SIMPLY CASE --->REMIT.. MONEY TO iNDIA AND STATEMENT ........I HAVE NOT ANY COMPLAIN PERSONALY TO THAT perfect-guy-cashier ---- BUT I HAVE A QUESTION TO THE BANK SBI ----->>Whats the metods u using AGAINST YOUR CUSTOMERS ??? are you in Communist time 1960 ?--------i remember 1970s when Communist asked and checked own people in every step .. (unfortunately that perfect-guy from cashier position dont remember that time and HE dont know WHAT HE DOING ) .....I DO NOT wants DESCRIBE MY all BAD IMPRESSION MORE LIKE ONLY THIS in English style : MY WAGES PER 1 HOuER IS 19,50 Pounds ... I tried to transfer money to India from metrobank but they were not accepting the account details saying they were wrong as it contained letters in it.However, Justin and Amivora at the State Bank were very helpful and sorted my issues. For transfer to India, i would lHighly recommend them

I was having a lot of trouble logging in to SBI Web site and was going to close my account. I tried lots of time but could not get the support I needed.I went in to branch and met Aarondeep Dhillon he was a breath of fresh air . He spent an hour and got my Internet banking app to work.Due to how he helped me I did not close my account.keep up the good work Aarondeep and thank you.

The staffs are very helpfull and polite. Help with the queries. Not forcing anything to sell their product.They have a free vending machine with coffee , hot chocolate etc.

you can never get through to them on the phone. after waiting to get through, you automatically get put through to their call centre in India and they just tell you to call the branch!

Update:Further to my earlier review, I tried my luck and went to SBI Southall again on Monday (21/9/20), this time at 1.30 pm as I know the time from my previous visit, hoping for the best.Can't believe how hard my luck is, this time the bank is closed and have no definite time as to when they will resume operations or any information as to why it is closed.No updates anywhere, just a small note put up on the door. Can't believe which planet the employees come from, simple update on website or an update on Google page would have saved time to their customers.Wish I had an option to give zero in my review.

SBI Southall is hopeless. Checked the opening times which said open till 5 PM before I started to make sure my journey is not wasted. Reach the bank at 3.30pm and see a small paper stuck to the door saying the bank operates between 10 am to 3pm.If the timings have changed why not update it. This is the second time it happened to me. I only go to the bank probably once a year. What a waste of time. I am definitely going elsewhere.

Travelled far from home to SBI Southall branch only to find it wasn't open. No opening or closing information anywhere on the door or Windows. Whilst information on the site showed opening hours 9am to 5pm. Manager should have atleast made an effort. What a waist of our time and effort.

absolute disgrace these people are, I had bad experience at the city branch so I came here after 2 years of that. these idiots didn't have seat for my heavily pregnant wife who was begging them for a seat. we spent an hour stood in a queue but that's ok considering it was a Saturday. the senior manager Manoj came to my wife and I and said that she shouldn't travel if she cannot stand.. I nearly broke the piss drinking rascals nose for being rude to us and other customers. will never send money from here again. Avoid this place like a disease because this is the worst company in UK. Promise
