Dhruv the sales consultant was amazing and very helpful he gave me the best price and service and he made the process of booking my holiday very easy and stress free. I have been using Southall travel since 2017 and have booked holidays though this company and they have always been brilliant. I spoke to Ateet who provided 10/10 service and helped us book tickets to India in October. He did his utmost best to find us the perfect price and gave us a discount on top of this too! Would highly recommend as we got the best customer experience from him :)

Back more then 10 years ago, they were fantastic, they offered best deal. Then lot of other websites came in and slowly they lost the charm. Hope they bring back the spark again.

This time we had a very good experience with Southall only because of Rishab who went out of his way and beyond to help us get the best rates. He was so patient and calm inspite of the number of changes we made for our travel which lasted for almost a week. I have been a customer of Southall for many years now and I have never had such a good experience with any agent like I had with Rishabh, so very impressed. A reputed travel company which offers a reasonable rate for flight tickets. The best part is you can pay your amount in part payments until a week before you travel. Very friendly team.

Booking made through Southall travel with agent (Seb). Non-refundable deposit paid but then 24 hours later (at 11pm at night!) agent called to say that the booking could not be completed and we either needed to choose a more expensive hotel or cancel the booking. This is the definition of a con - shocking service
