I recently had the pleasure of being cared for by Kiran a Nurse, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, the nurse's warm and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease during what would typically be a nervous visit.Not only did the Kiran excel in their technical skills, but she also demonstrated genuine empathy, creating a supportive environment that alleviated my anxiety. Their ability to connect with patients on a personal level truly sets them apart.

Switched over to Southall Medical Center in October and since had only great exepriances. Reception staff are very friendly (which is unheard of) and the doctors are very attentive. Never felt more comfortable with a GP. Thank you Southall Medical staff x

This is the worst practice me and family have ever been to. After a medical urgency which was explained to the receptionist face to face and a request to speak to the Dr directly and being told we will get a call back from the Dr, there was no contact. After chasing them again, we get told we will get a call, still nothing. There is a lack of basic care in this practice, no support and no understanding. This is not the first time we have experienced this with them. I will be making an official compliant regarding negligence from this Centre. Do not recommend anyone to use this place.

Worse Gp I have ever had the service is horrible. You never get any appointments plus shocking 6-8 weeks postnatal review no checkups provided. Only interested in immunisations for the baby. The mother they couldn?t care less .I have decided to remove myself and children from this practice as you will never get any type of care registered here unless they just provide service to their family members only.

Very bad experience. They changed my gp without asking me and give someone to my same named person. I know about few months later when i got struggling to open NHS app. They are nothing to doing yet.

Probably the worst GP surgery I have been to. Receptionist staff incompetent on basic skills. I have been trying to book a smear for the past 6 months + as my previous smear was abnormal, to be told that I?d be contacted back, no response. The issue even escalated to the practice manager, who advised they would get back to me - I?m still waiting 3 months later. I have walked in for a appointment, I have advised the receptionist staff, I am over due. Nope, ?I will get a call back? only thing is, I won?t.I can?t believe booking your smear would be such a issue & the fact that the manager couldn?t even bother to get back to me is appalling, I will be contacting the CQC.

Really bad medical center ever i have been......no quickly actions are taken....ever appointment booking is vwry though and confusing method...Their online booking system is ridiculous and reception staff looked bewildered if you ask them to book an appointment for you.....i think doctor should be more able to get things done
