A very good experience ? the lady at the till was helpful and friendly. When I asked for advice, she was patient and polite in her response. It was refreshing to receive such good customer service, especially as it?s something that?s sadly lacking in many places these days.

My favourite thing about Selco stores is the delivery aspect. Heavy or large items delivered free next day or max the day after depending on what time you book. Staff are very helpful.

I ordered some planed timber (PREMIUM CLS SOFTWOOD STUDDING 75X50mm). it came the very next day. AND it was STRAIGHT. Great job, great service. I strongly recommend Selco Southall. Also my interactions with the staff there have always been pleasant. They seem very helpful and have called me to let me know the status of any orders that I have made.

this selco have best employees! all are very professional and I?m happy where I found this selco point! I was very disappointed with selco in Wimbledon and old Kent Road all rude and unprofessional! , but to this selco point I recommend everyone to came and for sure will have best service since drivers, security, all employees and management! Simply best selco service.

Most unpleasant, unhelpful and rude till stuff and management. From what I seen management keeps their stuff constantly under pressure also keep coming and checking on the customers like they are intruders. The ladies under till unfriendly and unhelpful either. I rather will travel extra mile to another branch where the shopping experience is more pleasant.

Attended the Southall Branch. Spoke with a staff member who was unable to provide any customer support.Wondered around the warehouse looking for the items and calculating the dimensions.I then came across a gentlemen staff member called Mark. A total testimony to Selco. Very knowledgeable about building materials and also demonstrated a willing to provide customer support. As such I purchased a few items on the day and have made a follow up high ticket purchase.Retaining staff members with knowledge is vital for any business and or service area.A lot of the onsite staff need training on the rudimentals.Grateful for Marks insight and assistance.Regards.

I was amazed to see the manager (I assume she was the manager) get some action out of her staff and open up a register to serve the waiting customers. Great stuff, I wish other branch managers would be so hands-on! Then, as I was outside loading my van up, I saw the manager follow a customer out who had purchased 6 toilets to try to get him to buy the rest of the bathroom items in her store. What a great idea to help increase sales in their branch.I would have given 5 stars, but getting some items from the yard proved harder than necessary.
