Had a very good experience with Customer service advisor Leith Brown. Southall iron Bridge branch next to Matlan. Highly professional, full of energy, knowledgeable person and an assert to Screw fix. Made my purchase so easy.

Zero strat to this place because of the guy Mehran. He was so rude and disrespecting the customers. He don't know how to answer the queries a customer has. Very disappointed, rude staff.

The guy in the store has no sence to talk. His name is Mehran. I aked him a simple question and he started shouting. Recommendation is not to go as they don't know how to deal with tge customs. Request to scew fix to have close look onto it as these guys are spoiling screw fix's brand image.

Top class customer service from Screwfix colleagues in Southall branch today. Placed order online which payment went through but order did not (connection issue). Went in store and was provided excellent customer service and really friendly service from young gentleman & lady. Loved the service and attitude!! Keep it up ??

The service is unprofessional. Customer service called me saying some items were missing, but when I arrived, it turned out they had almost nothing available for pickup. They offered a refund, but I had waited several days for these materials. I do not recommend this place.
