WOULDNT RECOMMEND my granny went there for eye test and they ask her for money £140 when there was no money needed and my granny gave them more than needed and she told me instead of doing it in their computer they put the extra money in their pocket and when we went back they said they never did it....

Absolutely outstanding service. Friendly, approachable, efficient, very professional service from the moment I walk into reception. Very modern equipment for testing all eye issues. Exceptionally knowledgeable opticians and the advice given helped me to understand what goes on with the eye test. I have no words to describe the experience ? And I would like to say thank you ? for the excellent service ?

I have been going to Optical World for years. The receptionist and staff were very professional, polite and helpful especially when I needed help finding the right frames and I did end up finding the right one so thank you.Really great customer service and I would definitely recommend Optical world to anyone.

I won't recommend this clinic at all.My husband got his eyes tested here last year and they changed his power drastically compare to previous old power.Recently, he got his eyes tested again from a different place and they said that his current glasses power (provided by optical world) is incorrect and his old power is only slightly change. He was using the wrong power glass for almost a year.

Ridiculously late and take forever. If we were to be late then we would get sent home but they can be late as they want. I came with a disabled woman who can?t sit for long and yet her appointment was more than 30 mins late. The lady at the desk was so rude.

Will definitely recommend them!!!!!Mr sagoo is literally the best ophthalmologist. He cares about his patients and gives them the best treatment and eye care advice.Lastly, the staff gave amazing service and are always helpful and friendly.

Fantastic customer care and optical service from Southall the store from start to finish. Mr Sagoo is an excellent ophthalmologist, highly recommended, full care and personalised attention. Great through job in analysing my eyes, they have really high end equipment to see a thorough picture of what is going, Cannot thank them enough, really appreciative of their service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great optician..

My family and myself have been visiting Optical World for the past 20 years. The are perfect everytime. The optionist and the staff are amazing. Been to the branded options also however, optical world are far most the best. They give an honest view and treatment is perfect and very personalised. They treat you with care and lookafter you like their own. The best far I am Concerned.
