I didn?t like food. I ordered veggie meal. Tiki in burger is not properly cooked. Fries are not good. Did not look like fresh food. Tasteless food.

Absolutely Terrible Service ? Avoid at All Costs!
Met Parking is one of the most incompetent and predatory parking companies I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is nonexistent, their appeals process is a joke, and they seem more interested in extorting money from people than actually managing parking fairly.
I received an unfair fine despite following all parking rules, and when I tried to appeal, I was met with automated responses and outright refusal to engage with the facts. They clearly have no interest in fairness?just squeezing as much money as possible out of unsuspecting drivers.
Their signage is unclear, their cameras are unreliable, and their tactics are borderline scam-like. It?s shocking that they are allowed to operate like this. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid any location managed by Met Parking at all costs.

DREADFUL!
Did delivery and was not delivered the mcrib that was ordered.
McDonalds customer service didn't care much, offer £2 refund, for a £5 item... and the refund didn't even get refunded...
Will be doing my best to avoid McDonalds for now on... crap food, overpriced, crap service.

The worst McDonald's I've been to.
Drive through order, half of the food was missing, no condiments or napkins were added to the bag, no receipt was given, had a discount code, and gave it to scan by second window. But still was charged full price!! Staff was argumentative and would not refund.
The food was cold and tasteless, ? undercooked.
Avoid this place.

Very cheap behaviour, refused to give sauce on a £20 order, apparently it's 1 or 2 sauces per order, asked so if I orders 1 item at a time I'd get a sauce for each order, then the manager started to become passive aggressive, it's weird, I asked ok so where is the sauce despenser ooh we don't have 1, try to explain 1 sauce for a whole family is a bit redicilious, and wouldn't be a issue if they had a sauce dispenser but they don't, and wouldn't be a issue if my kids refuse to eat without ketchup or mcdonalds barbecue, so I did the petty thing asked to cancel the order and proceeded to order 1 item at a time, at which the manger couldn't say no considering he just said 1 sauce for 1 order, this couldve all been avoided if he just gave me a reasonable amount of sauce for the food or didn't cheap out with not having a sauce dispenser on site, all this faf just for a bit of extra sauce not to mention trying to get me to pay 50p for additional sauce, and then ordered 5 times and showed him the policy and used his own words against him, he was not happy finally got the sauce but not before showing his aggressive attitude and slamming it in the bag, food is fine for mcdonalds but gatekeeping some sauce packets which don't cost anything is absolute rediculious

Got a parking fine after having lunch at McDonald?s because I quickly popped into the shop next door to pick up something. Absolutely unacceptable! The parking sign states a 1-hour limit, and I stayed for 45 minutes in total. I even provided my receipt as proof, but they still fined me because I ?left the McDonald?s premises? ? for literally 15 minutes! This feels like a money grab, and I won?t be coming back. Be warned before parking here!

I recently visited the McDonald's in Southall and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a cappuccino, but when I received it, there was chocolate in it ? something I didn?t ask for. I approached an employee, Rehman, to request a change, and instead of being helpful, he became rude. He insisted that cappuccinos come with chocolate, even though I never asked for it. When I calmly told him not to be rude and that if he didn?t want to change it, that was fine, but there was no need for that attitude, he eventually agreed to make the change.
What really stood out to me was the poor customer service. I've never experienced such rudeness at any McDonald's in the UK. This particular location was by far the worst, and it definitely left a negative impression.

Some of the staff act oddly. I was being served when an male staff was observing the female staff helping me intently. Later when I came to get my meal I had bought and paid for and asked for tomato sauce he said it was 50p. Has McDonald's stopped giving one sauce with a paid meal? I decided not buy it. 50P for such a tiny amount might as well buy a bottle from the supermarket. I went a chicken shop and they automatically put sachet of tomato sauce in my bag and they are not a big chain. The guy seemed creepy he would stare right into your eyes. I will not go if he is there.
