Conveniently located store, especially for quick visits.
Matalan is in a very good location?right next to Ealing Hospital and at the last bus stop of route 483, which makes it easy to access. There?s also free parking for up to 90 minutes, which is really helpful. The store is great for a quick walk-in visit, but I found the selection for men?s clothing quite limited. Still, overall a useful place to shop for essentials

The staff just wasted my whole one hour and couldn't sell a shorts to me the staff werent able to find the price of the item and they were passing to each other but none were able to help really disappointed and non experienced staff useless

Overall, I enjoy shopping at Matalan and have always appreciated their fair pricing, decent quality, and clean store layout. The customer service is usually friendly and helpful, and it?s easy to find both casual and smart options for the whole family.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the men?s spring collection this season. The designs felt a little outdated and lacked the freshness and variety I was hoping for. I?ve seen better selections in previous years, so this was a bit of a letdown.
That said, Matalan still remains one of my go-to places for affordable fashion and home essentials. I?m hoping the next seasonal collection for men brings back the creativity and style I?ve come to expect.
