I visited Southall branch for my physical bank statements. The guy over there he said me we are not printing physical statements because we have stopped that from last October, 2024. But in February, 2025 I went to hamnersmith branch they printed my statement in just few seconds. So I felt it was very helpless.

I have been going to Lloyds bank Southall for many years. I cannot praise the staff enough. Nickhel helped me with my quiery quickly and also advised & set up an app for me. Excellent customer service.. Cashiers are friendly and helpful always.

After a long time a saw an incredibly rude chap at the counter serving customers. Long waiting and on top you meet someone so unfriendly and unhelpful is a real nightmare for the customers. Usually this branch is very good but not sure what?s happening today. Young chap at the counter wearing green jumper needs a bit of support and training I guess. I know it can be challenging working in southall where you don?t speak Hindi but still this is not an excuse to be rude.

Worst bank ever there?s only one staff here to help many of us. I?ve left my work especially to come over and deal with the problem that I have but it?s taken an hour and I?m still standing in line to get answered. Anim I believe the staff member is she?s just walking around here and there getting into other people?s matter and not doing her job. Such a shame staff.

I am a customer of Lloyd's Bank. And I have seen long lines of people waiting in line for hours.
But last Saturday I experienced for myself what it was like to stand in line for an hour and a half. And I didn't get an answer to my question.
There are only two staff members, unlike other banks, such as Barclays, which I like.
The service staff does not work to send more satisfied customers, but instead waits for people to leave without answering their questions. As in my case. I am not satisfied with my last visit to the bank and I hope that the staff works better in another city.
