the bank isn't safe to keep money I was a victim of fraud and the staff didn't take any action on it. the scammer have easy access to the account as my phone and my email address was been change without my concern. Thanks to action fraud who helped me.

so basically what happened is i tried to open bank account from home but I phone didn?t support the app then I went to bank for the help and the staff from there were so rude with customer one of the female staff from there treat customers according to her mood ? after all of complications my processing was done then after I tried to open my mobile banking again my phone didn?t support & the phone number I provided was wrong then I went to the bank for the help he kindly help me to change the phone number & I reset my password in 26 oct then after I got accessed to my mobanking.They had asked me for the id in mail mistakenly I didn?t read that mail in 30 th oct I received mail that they had canceled my classic account because I didn?t went there to show my id . After two days I went bank to make sure what should I do next one of the male staff from there told me to open new account even though he didn?t check my account status .Between these i was able to access my MoBanking and the same night I received message from the bank asking for my id . then next day also I receive message with in 12 days I have to show my id . I didn?t wanted to go back to the same branch so I visited ealing branch.yesterday Staff were so helpful & polite she took my card & check each & everything from there & said everything is Fine & told me to unlock my pin & I did the same she told me don?t worry there is nothing to be worried about & you don?t have to show your id because you already have access to your bank account ?So what I want to suggest is everything is new for new comers here. So please be kind & explain it clearly. We don?t have any personal issues to be treated like this .. Learn to deal with customers .Thankyou

The guy at identity verification desk was not helpful, he?s just providing the basic information and saying you have to read mails and go through the website for more information.He has no clear answers to the queries I raised. No a good experience at this branch except a cashier was sweet and polite

They have two counters but always one counter empty and there is always long queu where u have to wait for atleast 1 hour.@lloyds if u cant manage a person on each counter, then only open sufficient bank account which a single counter can handle

We visited the branch twice to transfer money for a house purchase. On both occasions the staff that we dealt with were professional and friendly.. They took the possibility of fraud seriously, as you would want them to do. And a special thanks to Anil for helping us.
