I visited this store for the first time. You can find organic chickpea, beans, teas, noodles, milk, supplements and many more things at the store. The lady there was good. Nice customer service which is hard to find in Southall?.

An old favourite of mine. I have been a customer of Holland and Barrett shops for as long as I can remember. Today I had a browse at the well stocked Southall branch.And bought a large packet of Whey protein. This is like strong milk powder and is a popular constituent of milkshakes and smoothies.

Today I visited to this store in Southall , it?s my first visit but I?m really impressed with the service.Firstly the girl in the store helps me a lot to select the best multivitamin for my parents and then Mr. Rupinder deol helps me alot for the payments they are very polite and helpful, very kind.I have some issues with my card payment but they trust on me and allow me to do payment later. I?m really very happy with u?

I visited with my friend few weeks ago this store but thier customer service very bad basically one staff name REBECCA very very rude and very disrespectful ,She did not help us to find the product when we found, her behaviour like don't care, when we are on the quee to pay, we talk about thier customer service she immediately came and shouted usat last we had to called police. It was very bad experience on this day.I want immediate action against this staff name REBECCA from Holland and Barrett administration.

I wish people serving would concentrate on their jobs. I came all the way to get vitamins. The girl didnt even put it through the till come all the way specially for this. Dissapointed have to go all the way and come back . Waste of time.

The supervisor her name is Monica. She made my experience at this store terrible, she wasn?t willing to cooperate or help. I was asking her questions about products and she was short with her answers. It is rude when she is helping one customer she is then having a conversation with another customer. There is no point having staff in the store when you have to google answers about products.
