Terrible rude disgusting filthy people. Went to collect a parcel that I had ordered there via Royal Mail and once arriving they said my id wasn?t good enough as it didn?t have all the details on the id even though it matched completely with the parcel label. Then carried on to say a bunch of rubbish and ultimately refused service. Complained to Royal Mail. Do not come here or order anything here. Terrible people who don?t know how to do there jobs

Refusing parcels saying the post office told them they can?t accept parcels over 5kg any more. Lady with the glasses told me this. I have since verified with the post office this is not the case, they just didn?t want to accept the parcel maybe due to its size. Post office on lady Margaret road accepted it with no issue. Dishonest service, they told the post office the pre paid label didn?t match the weight, label was from very and she refused it after weighing it, she didn?t even look at the label. Not fit to be a post office with such dishonesty.

Totally unprofessional people. I Went to get 2 sun news paper for the sun holiday coupons. When asked to show where is the coupon inside the paper? Staff said don't open it and mess it up. I told him i will buy 2 just want to check if the coupon is there or not as i am buying it first time. He wanted me to buy the paper without checking and started moaning rudely that I only get 5p profit from it and you are asking so many questions.
Never knew opening the news paper will make it messy even if I wanted to buy it. Completely disgraceful behaivour. Do not visit this shop if you want to get treated respectfully.

Nothing is priced so they literally charge what they like. Charged me £2.49 for a packing tape he buys for 30p from his cousin down the road in Charles warehouse.
Rubbish quality kept tearing.

Being a small business runner, I have to post daily, I have an option of visiting four post offices, but nothing beats Hardys. They have very helpful and friendly staff, they provide and excellent service no matter what time of the year it is.
It's always a pleasure being served at Hardys Post office in North Parade

Please update your opening times, It?s not 24 hours during weekdays, they close early. also don?t buy any cold drink from here because there fridge isn?t working half of the times.
