Same reason as everyone else, long queue, no professionalism in handling queries, elderly people suffer at the most poor them. In my occasion there is an Indian lady just carries on with many questions in one go and keep the queue with many long people for 1hr, and only 1 staff serving. In the end there is a young lady coming out and help but very unfriendly, seems like supervisor. This branch really needs a whole renovations to serve senior customers better.

The service is so bad the queues are so long we stood there for 45 minutes just to withdraw some cash. And the staff are so slow. If you want to save time please avoid this bank. No proper customer service I felt like I was in India bossy staff. The stuff needs to be trained to deal with people. I think atlist they should open more counters. Avoid avoiddd !!!

Felt like I walked into India, saw people dressed as if they just woke up with their sandals on. This Is a bank, not a drinking joint.Customer service was slow, long queue, 1 counter opened on help and advice and 5 people waitingHowever, all my disappointment was turned to joy when I was served by Neelam.Well done Halifax on keeping such an intelligent and nice lady. Look after your staff

Nikita was excellent , we went to book an appointment at the Southall branch and she helped us to get this sorted she was the only one up at the front desk with a long queue and didn't hesitate at all to give 100% in performance to each individual . She was helpful and managed it all with ease. Thank you for your support Nikita!

I?m working Monday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.I have 45 minutes break for lunch in that time I went to bank, to deposit cash on Monday that is today. And they were closed for lunch break.Amazing
