this shop is sooo handy, they always go out of their way to ensures us customers are happy and get exactly what we want, even when ive been picky they have had patience and kept professional to ensure i had things the way i wanted i am very picky and tend to not be able to stick to one decision. they were polite helpful did an amazing job and their prices are actually really good considering where it is located i thought woukd be expensive . i would highly recommend, although calling is helpful as they are busy but always find time for everyone. very lovely people. ive not heard a complaint and ive referred many people to them.

I trusted Rosie with my hair. Introduced my a old neighbor. I have had a problem with my hair no never left unhappy. Pricing was a bit expensive but I was ok because I was pleased with my results. I left her salon a few years ago and went to another near my new home. Then j moved from Southall. And I wanted blonde hair. My daughter has fantastic colour Bern there for years. I drove from Hampshire in June and had my hair done very happy with result. Qouted one price on phone. Then the price changed 3 times. But as I knew her I fell into the trap of ok she's my old hairdresser. She sent me a link for a colour to do my greys until I could come again for a top up. I'm did and brought excatly as the link she sent on what's app Amazon. I then decided that I need a top up and wanted 2 shades lighter and more blonde to cover Grey's were so bad. I went again and she said I had ruined by hair and needs s complete colour correction and start again from scratch. She saw pics of my hair and like a fool I accepted the price she told me. The colour was not what I wanted colour wise and she left to go to Westfield's with her friend for 4 . 5 hours. Left her daughter to do 5 women's hair. 2 were complaining and daughter kept ringing her and she corrected colour but she did not tell me that she would need to do a second bleach bath.I hair was itching like mad and my partner, daughter who had her top up too was sat with us in shop for 6 hours both saw it all. She came back and said the price had changed. SBC she would give me salon colour to prevent further colour correction problem. I brought like s fool at price £270. My colour was £550.I left happy but when I covered grey which came through I had her on what's app video call mixed together and left in excatly 45 mins. By hair went a dark dirty mousy colour not even a colour not blonde or dark blonde it looked liked a complete mess. I was gutted and so upset. I sent her pics and kindly asked for a refund. She argued accused me of black mailing her and frauding her business. She's a rip off. I wasted my time day money when I can get that here for £200. Don't never go to her she will lute you. I'm have read many reviews before mine. I am shocked I did not realise she run a con business. She needs to be shut down.

They are extremely over priced they don't set the price and give u shock of ur life in thousands for a hair colour and they embarras u infront of people in the shop cmon guys be kind

I booked via Insta and paid a deposit, on the day I drove for over an hour and when I got there to get a balayage done, I was quoted £1200 and £650 for simple highlights!?! I was in shock, i have been to some popular hair colourists but never has anyone quoted me anything near £1200, there isn?t gold in the dye! I was in shock and had to walk out of the shop in front of the other customers as I could not simply justify spending that much on hair colour and so I lost my deposit. When I looked around the shop, I could not believe the other customers were paying that much money and later on, I was informed that there is no set price range and different people are just quoted different prices which is disgusting! Stay away unless you are a Social Media influencer, then I think you will have a more positive experience by the looks of it!Service: Hair coloring

I held off writing this review for a number of years but still get annoyed.I had my Nikkah Hair and Make Up done by Rosie in 2015. Truth is the make up was really good. However the experiance was horrible and sincd then i vowed never to returnDespite having clear timings agreed she called the night before to change timings which was annoying but i thought fine.I asked her if I needed anything else to which she responded I dont.On the day I was charged £20 for a bun to put in my head which i believe is normally included in the priceI actually had one at home when i asked but was told that would not suffice.I made a point of going to drop the thing back the next day.Other then this despite being paid to do my hair make up and dupatta settingShe left without setting the dupatta on my head as it was to early to set the dupatta despite the fact she had changed the timings and was rushed as she booked some one in straight after meNot what you need on a day which is already stressfulWould avoid

Be very careful The pricing isn?t fixed, you could literally be paying double the price for a treatment.They literally make it up on the spot, and pressure you to pay up. Not professional at all.

Came to the salon after having my hair ruined at another place, The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rosie did such a great job on my hair, she really knows her stuff when it comes to coloring Asian hair! Would highly recommend! X

They clearly make up their prices on the phone, then double it up when you go in there. No fixed prices, they just make it up as they go along depending on how vulnerable the customer looks.Definitely watch out as my friend was scammed, she was told it?s roughly going to be £200 for both her and her sister.But ended up paying £550 Each!The owner wasnt being sympathetic at all towards them but instead passing on judgmental comments, right infront of other clients.Would recommend people to go by real reviews rather than what these beauty bloggers have to say as I?m pretty sure they get a discount in return of a good review.Save your money and go elsewhere, it?s not worth sitting in that salon for hours.The fact that it looks like a cheap prison cell from the outside definitely explains the workers behaviour on the inside, No professional experience with customers at all.

This salon was an absolute disgrace! The owner will tell you a cheap price over the phone just to lure you in. Once you get there, somehow the quote has doubled and forces you into paying using a sob story how very sad indeed. Never have I seen such behaviour from what I thought would be a professional salon. Worst experience ever. Was made to pay so much money and the hospitality was very poor too. Do not go here if you want to be ripped off

I have been going to thIs salon for 12 years now and would not trust anyone with my hair apart from Rose. She does an excellent job and cant fault her with anything.When you leave the salon you feel great about yourself and if theirs ever a time when your not happy with anything she always goes out of her way to fix it for you.But she always does a fantastic job .i would recommend her to anyone as she does an incredible job.

I?ve got plenty of words to describe the owner of that salon, don?t think I?ve ever met someone so rude.It?s like a psycho running a zoo.Looks cheap on the outside, so don?t expect much of a decent service. As they don?t seem experienced at all with dealing with customers.Literally the worst experience ever, she has no idea of the pricing, she?ll add a few extra pounds to make money off you.
