There is a man in this pharmacy, where in keeps asking me every time if I am paying for the medicine. Even after the label on the prescription which clearly states that it's exempt, he keeps asking the same question. Sometime people are not aware of what is the meaning of exempt. Looks like this pharmacy is trying to make money. What if the person is exempt and not aware of exemption and pays for the medicine every time for the prescription. Is this money making Pharmacy?

This pharmacy does very poor customer service. There is no competent staff here and they all are very slow , and they are not very serious about their job.

Hetal , Ajit , Shilpa , Mehul , Paresh and Krinshu you all deserve to be mentioned here. You all are a great team and I have always received the best highest standard of service when visiting this pharmacy. You are all professionals and ensure that you assist patients with whatever health concerns they may have , and direct patients on where thy can obtain further help. The experience has always been fantastic from the front desk all the way to preparation of medication. Vaccinations are administered with great care and experience, I noticed my arm had no pain when I recently had my flu vaccine from H J Dixons Pharmacy. Thank you for all your great work and for caring for your patients, keep it up!

COVID Vaccine experience: Krina is a very aggressive person, well that's her personality, you could blame me,never mind. My beef with her is breaking the NHS compliance regulations! Beside rushing me during the exercise, she gave me my name and date of birth rather than Wait for me to answer! I wasn't slow or anything, she rushes to get.more patients and go back to other pharmacy duties so she can make more money. Well, our taxes are paying for a service, She should do the task properly and not break the NHS standard operating practice known as SOP. Bad form, never again.

Very positive experience for my first time visit tho I have lived nearby for many years, no drama just polite and efficient and great to hear good English grammar spoken which made life and experience in the chemist quick and easy??

Disgusting customer service delivered , simply asking questions and I was getting rude snappy replies and constantly rolling eyes which kept making me angry and made me raise my voice which I?m not sorry for because she deserved it as they lost prescription and simply said ?someone collected it ? even tho no one from my family did & she was in the wrong as she was unable to help and just gave a poor service I?ve been to that pharmacy for a long time now and this is the first time this has happened very disappointed

Best pharmacy in the area. Helpful, informative staff. Usually got a lot of meds to deal with and they're always on time. Just a tad lack of experience from the new younger staff, but still not much to complain about.Edit: Used to be 5 stars, had to change it to 3. New freshie staff don't have the slightest clue about anything that's going on sorry. Don't even know the names of basic medications, take ages to perform basic tasks etc.
