As a customer, I?m extremely disappointed and find this experience completely unacceptable. I ordered two double baguettes with drinks, but both baguettes arrived without any sauce, leaving them dry, and one appeared half empty. Although the drinks were delivered correctly, I did not receive a refund for this unsatisfactory service. Staff need to double-check orders to avoid these issues in the future.

been here twice in the last 5 days and both times the breakfast order was wrong. The lady (although friendly, it was the same lady both times)...was busy talking to her colleague in the back both times so there was no one in the counter for several minutes when walking in and the order was disappointing both times because it's not what I ordered/paid for.

It's in busy place so the atmosphere is noisy and could be cleaner. The staff is nice, the food is regular but cheap.

I've been ordering from here for a long time. Their breakfast and service is brilliant. I had breakfast rolls this morning. They were buttered nicely, right amount of sauce, perfect bacon. Lots of filling. My orders are always correct and fresh. I'd like to thank all the staff in this branch for their hard work and care towards their orders. Best Greggs in the area. Lovely staff to speak to too, a credit to the company! :-).

I'm core customer of Greggs from last 2 years. I spent 2 years in East London. I know how to make mocha very well but in southall literally mocha was awful as well as I told the guy you have to improve your mocha quality coz you guys selling cappuccino to mocha customers. If you go in Stratford or ilford or Romford you can see in fact you can feel different taste.
