“I am usually (and sadly) very aprenhensive of visiting new businesses because I am a user of an assistance dog. I am glad to report that Gill Chemists staff was welcoming, I was no treated differently to clients who are non-assistance dog users. I was relieved that i was not shouted at upon entering the business (typically, i am shouted at "no dogs!"). I am yet to have more interactions with this pharmacy and i am hopeful thay they will be positive, inclusive and respectful as today. Will update here if not.”
