When I arrived the staff was unable to locate my order. We also ordered spicy wings but it came cold and bland. We collected it and it was cold from the moment they gave it to us. They also forgot to put the sauce . The pizza was also tasteless and unpleasant. I'm very disappointed as we used to always get from this place and haven't experienced this before from here.

Fast service for collection but very difficult to park around there.
Delivery is generally good. Stopped giving tips to drivers since Domino's started charging for delivery.
If you order in advance for a later delivery time, pizza is generally cold as they have made it earlier.

Pizza is getting bad by every visit and today I've had one of the worst pizzas. 7 pieces of chicken on a chicken feast pizza. Unbelievable!!! I've attached photos as well. Also see the amount of chicken pieces on the Korean Barbecue pizza

I ordered a pizza for the England game with all my family here it?s been 2 hours later the game has hit half time and these guys can?t even make a pizza on time they going down hill let?s stick to Pizza Hut in southall because dominos ain?t about it at all thanks for nothing took my money and still hasn?t been returned worst take away company

If you are planning on having a vegetarian pizza, You are better off going somewhere else as you will not get it here. The staff member were making meat pizzas and started making my vegetarian pizza straight after they finished with meat pizza without washing hands or putting on gloves, when challenged I was informed it was not possible to wash hands or use gloves for every vegetarian pizza and this was a normal Dominos procedure. This may be the right place for you if you wish to have some meat, or meat oil added to your vegetarian pizza. Just having vegetables as topping doesn't make it vegetarian if your staff doesn't know anything about cross contamination or care about your customer's believes or value them.
I did get in touch with customer service who has confirmed that it is their procedure and are unable to wash hands between pizzas like the chefs are unable to do in high End restaurant. Comparing Dominos to High End restaurant????
Vegetarian options: I will not class anything as vegetarian friendly as the staff cross contaminates vegetarian toppings with meat products and doesn't wash hands or use gloves to prevent this. This is their procedure according to the management on site on which basis I will not recommend them.

Absolutely tasteless pizza,over cooked, no flavour, cheese on the pizza wouldn't melt despite reheating pizza. Disgusting taste, this is 2nd time in a row ,Lady Margaret Road Southall domino's pizza has been like this.
Having been a customer for many many years ,I will never eat from Domino's again.
