Apparently you only get one chance to make a first impression.
After moving, I had to switch pharmacies, and I chose this one because it?s close to my house. Unfortunately, yesterday nobody opened the pharmacy by 9:30?AM, and today it opened at 9:15?AM. Patients who come to pick up their medications have to wait for the staff to arrive. I suggested that they should update their posted opening hours.
It?s disappointing that no one even apologized for being late.

Raj and his sons have been absolutely amadzing emover the past few years. Raj especially drops off my son's milk to us as its on his way home which saves us so much time. His son Trion is amazing as he treats us like family and knows all our history now and gives us the most amazing advice.
Raj is also super friendly too. He came outside to see my son as we requested that my son was sleepint and we didnt want to wake him up. They are just an amazing bunch.

My family has used Chana Chemists as our NHS chemist for a few years, on every occasion I have been treated with care and attention. The staff always have time to give advice if asked. First class in every way.

Great pharmacy team. Always good advice and offer alternative medication if available. Looks after me well and has my medication that I need to hand. Fast and efficient. More pharmacies need to look at how well they work. Absolutely outstanding family pharmacy.

I have always found this chemist and the staff there extremely helpful, professional and patient. I have visited quite a few times recently due to a new diagnosis and they have made sure that I got the medication I needed even when they didn?t have it. They order it in and follow it up if needed. Good to have local chemists that care

Terrible customer treatment. The pharmacist refuses to supply medication prescribed. The medication was inhaler for my daughter who suffers from severe asthma attack. It was after the gp working hours on Friday evening. He wanted to send me home with a sick child with no inhaler for the entire weekend. Very very bad experience. We keep getting bullied and disrespected by the same pharmacist.

Raj is bloody rude. About time you retire and let someone else runs this pharmacy! He only shows interest in his ethnic community. That's is racism!

Unfriendly environment, almost robotics. It's like they hate their job and their patients. The father, Raj, his older son are the worst. The younger one is civil. The receptionist is civil. Glad there are other similar venues, will spend my money elsewhere
