I waited in all day for a collection so I could donate some items to this shop. They emailed to say they were on their way at 11am - it?s now 5.30pm and no one has arrived, haven?t replied to my email and haven?t picked up the phone. I needed the items gone today and missed an appointment in the afternoon waiting for them. Rude and bad service.

We bought sofa from here sofa can?t be used all broken it was just covered with sofa covers .how ppl donated and how BHF accepted ? We understand it?s used but not completely broken ! However I have returned same day .

Worst experience today @ bhf Southall. Paid for two products and came back to pick up an hour later just to he told that it was incorrectly priced somebody might have moved it and the guy even said " how would I know you didn't do it". It was absurd that I had come back all the way just to find out it was an error. Instead of apologising he rather accused me of cheating. Will contact bhf head office for a written explanation.

Furniture is in good condition and works. The staff are extremely rude, aggressive and lack basic skills regarding how to interact with others.

I have mixed opinions about this shop. I?m new to the area and been to the shop a few times to buy furniture for my new flat, I got a few good pieces at a great price. However the last piece I bought has a very unpleasant smell and have tried everything to get rid of it but it?s not going away. Do you clean the furniture before selling it off? What cleaning products do you use? I?m considering throwing it away, the smell is really bad.
