I don?t normally write reviews, but because of the service I received I felt I really need to recognise Marta. I visited the branch the other day with my elderly mum, and Marta came down to see us. From the moment she saw us, she was amazing. She introduced herself, thanked us for waiting, and was so patient and respectful with my mum. My mum?s English isn?t the best, but Marta made sure to speak to her directly, which meant a lot ? in the past other staff would just ignore her. The whole visit was very pleasant, and I?m honestly so happy with the service. It was by far the best experience we?ve had at this branch!
