None of the staff know how to talk to customers. I went in for ID verification where Milly kept asking why I wanted to open an account with Barclays in such a rude way, the polish lady also kept interrogated me about opening an account with them.Ridiculously didn?t even open the account for me and I had to leave.Went to another branch where they didn?t even ask why I needed the account and were so nice.

Poor Customer Service, they don?t know how to deal with customer. On call they schedule appointments and waste customer?s time and when a person reach there then they will say that we can?t open account. They even don?t have proper excuse to waste someone?s time.

Waste of time, nothing works. Staff stand around doing nothing, and they look like they are lost .

I visited Barclays bank today and the one of staff member was very very very very nice and helpful.I actually forget his full name but his name was like sid something.He guides me very well.I really appreciate his service and his way of talking was very polite.

The service I received on 16/07/2021 @ 03:30 , Barclays Bank Southall branch, from one of the female staff was okey in one sense, she helped me for a cheque clearence, on the other hand she was very rude and complained about my baby that my baby tried to push her , my kid was actually sitting in her own pram. And she didn't forget me to advise to teach my little one about manners. I was really wondering how did she think that my one and half year old baby purposefully tried to hurt her!!!!!

Visited the Southall branch during lockdown and was appalled by how the branch manager was talking to customers, especially older ones and children. I asked staff at the counter what her name was and they mentioned the name Ravinder. I witnessed a bust up between her and customers. Manager seems to lack customer service skills and general knowledge. The other staff seem ok ... just bad a branch manager.
