Asked for a salad, he served the salad (barely puts much in it) then he asked if I want the chicken to be served warm or cold so I said warm, he serves the chicken and gives me half a scoop?excuse me? What happened to the correct deep scoop that you usually give out? I asked how much is this salad he goes, £6 so I said for £6 that?s all the chicken you?re giving me? He continues to say that?s how much we give out. BS. Don?t ever go to this subway if you can?t your moneys worth. Or just don?t go to subway anymore, it?s an absolute waste of money, raising the price for the same trash they provide. I?ve found my self spending my money at Sandwich Sandwich which is a WAY better sandwich deli. It?s a journey into St Paul?s but 100% worth it.

Despicable staff. Saqib the manager leaving one staff member (Saed) to deal with a que of customers whilst his gone to the bank mid day. Missed out few key items from my uber order, this has happened 3 times now. Saqib needs customer service training, smirking is not what a customer needs to experience when explaining a situation.

South Woodford subway is the best one. I am vegetarian and I am always concerned about the sub preparation. But the staff at South Woodford subway makes sure that everything is properly done. Also they assemble the vegetables in a nice manner so that it is not messy, this is the best part. Thumbs up to the team @south Woodford subway ??????

Food has been amazing however service is really bad. The shop offered a deal back in August, to get 1 6inch free, however, every-time they have a new reason to not fulfil the commitment. We do not know about the offer, it is not avail today to you need to bring pamphlet to avail it. Shouldnt commit something if u cant deliver.

I visited yesterday I feel they was not happy to serve the customer ? they were too much tried and they not put item as other subway do I ask them 2 times but they were looking like I m asking in free seriously I will never visit again this branch

Ordered online and the order came completely wrong, which is fine mistakes happen but when we phoned was greeted with ?what do you want me to do about it? then proceeded to lie saying they never had our order even tho we had an order number and a receipt which clearly shows it was from said store. The person we spoke to was rude and arrogant with no customer service skills. Not a difficult thing to sort out
