I went in there this afternoon to get lunch, waited 10mins or so and no one was there, no staff to be seen. What is going on at this place? I had to go Costa in the end it was eating into my work lunch break waiting around to be served!!!

Good choice of coffee and snacks. Clean. Coffee tastes great. Sometimes there are long queues.It's surprising that serve iced coffee in plastic cups, they're so modern and eco friendly.Vegetarian options: They have soy milk.Dietary restrictions: Soy milk.Parking: There's one big parking at Asda.Kid-friendliness: There are frozen caffeine free drinks and cookies.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking, automatic door, no step.

Me + my flatmate go to this Starbucks often. Such a good atmosphere for being inside a cinema + the staff are always super nice and friendly.

Visted the store and Marpreet was so kind to all the customers. Really helpful and kind. She seemed to genuinely care.

They sell some great drinks and milkshakes, like an Oreo Milkshake which blows my mind!Vegetarian options: Most drinks at Starbucks are vegetarian and tasty, so it's a win.

Management really should have got in top of this by now. I see dozens of bad reviews because the staff were rude, obnoxious and unfriendly. This was also my experience with them the other day, the girls serving were very unfriendly and had a bad attitude. One girl had dyed blonde hair in a high ponytail, the other woman was of Asian origin with short black slightly wavy hair . I will be contacting head office about this as l found them so incredibly rude, l was going to eat in but after seeing the stinking attitude of the staff l decided I?d eat in my car!!

The drinks are very hit and miss, especially for a starbucks chain, sometimes they taste okay and other times they are basically just milk.Last time I got a latte it was literally iced milk with no caffeine as I could see the guy struggling to use the coffee machine and get a proper shot out.

Not Experienced staff, cappucchino tastes like burnt coffe, cannot scan starbucks card for some dodgy reason. would not suggest visiting this starbucks . Disgusting
