I use to love Sainsbury?s but I?ve noticed something really strange, the prices on the shelves are different than what the price says especially when it says offers. This has happened several times is that not dishonest or are they become clumsy. It?s put me of shopping there!

Went after work to pick up a weekly shop on way home. Only one till open with 6 people queuing with trollies. Couldn't get half of what I wanted and barcode missing on one item I did. Told if I wanted another one had to get it myself as there was no one about to get it for me. Other side of shop so told her to forget it. Till operator very unhappy and stuggling to get another customers points to register. No one at checkouts to help with that either. Shop looked grotty and any staff I did see looked miserable so won't be going back there again.

Have visited this branch many times over the years, and have seen it change - for the better :)It has recently had a much-needed refurb and looks much better as a result. Very nicely laid out and easy to find what you're looking for. Even though this store isn't that big, they have still managed to squeeze an Argos inside, which is very convenient for the locals who live nearby.There is a generous car park and a petrol station next door, and the nearest bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away from the main entrance to the store.

Clean, spacious store, with helpful staff. The store caters for a good mix of cultural foods, such as Carribbean and Asian.The store recently changed items on their isles, which takes the regular shopper more time to locate where they regularly locate specific items.. I am of the view this is done to make shoppers more aware of other items sold in the store.

One star only, why ?Last friday morning at the self checkout one of the members ( probably Italian- guy with grey hair) was absolutely very rude to me. I came shop with my 1 year old, nicely asked him for help as there was something wrong with the till at the checkout, then he came to me like we were good friends and started SCREAMING ? WHAT DO YOU KNOW?? YOU KNOW NOTHING LIKE YOU SPANISH?. I couldn?t believe it, couldn?t say anything, there was very busy at this time and customers were looked at me. It happened first time to me something like this. Very rude person without manners, shouldn?t work at customer service.. that?s very sad as I?m regular customer there. If will happen again I will call the manager straight away for sure. I?m not Spanish btw.

Very dissapointed, no staff around most of the time on the tills, my grandmother is very elderly and cant scan all her shopping, she has arthritis in both hands..also pushing a trolley of food in a small area is laughable..I am looking at moving supermarkets

It's a great store. I haven't been there for about 10-12 years, but it's still a lovely place to shop, and there are some fantastic items to purchase from little nick knacks to food, alcohol and clothing.

Something has happened to this place. I feel like it used to be a lot nicer and now you walk in and it's just so dreary. Also the customer service isn't very good. The only friendly guy there is an older Italian guy who always seems to be in good spirits.Today I had a cart full of items and there was nobody at the tills. I asked a member of staff if I could get a cashier on a till because I had a lot of items and using the self check out would be difficult. She said they don't seem to have anyone at the moment, then asked a fellow member of staff to call for someone. That member of staff took me to a till and told me to unload my items there, then called for somebody on the mic to come over to the till. I waited at the till for a while and nobody turned up. Another staff member turned up and asked the guy who had taken me to the till, who was working that till. He said he called for somebody to come over but they haven't turned up for some reason. Eventually a lady turned up after a long while and sat on the till. The whole thing was a mess. How can you have nobody on any of the tills?Sometimes there are no carts inside the shop so you have to go back out to the parking area to get them yourself.Another time when I was on the self checkouts (with less items that time but still using a cart) and asked a blonde older lady (in her 50s perhaps) working there if she could put an amount of bottles through on the system so I didn't have to take them all out and scan them and she looked so annoyed when helping me, like I had asked her for some unimaginable favour while she was busy.Plainly put going to this Sainsburys these days isn't a nice experience.

I love shopping at Sainsbury's and getting everything I need and want. Great customer service and if I need help I'll ask for it, or wait for a member of staff to become available, I hate the fact that people don't ask for help for example my dad so he never asks for my help.In the store for example approval is needed to buy alcohol, energy drinks and painkillers etc. I like some security guards but not all of them and I like the workers. So treat people with respect and they will respect you back.
