I love my local Costa, staff are so friendly and there's nothing better than your order being remembered.I can come on with my kids or on my own to work and know that all is good.My only issue is that sometimes they do not have oat milk. I don't feel it's acceptable for a chain this big to not have everything available on its menu. Food I understand, like a muffin running out, but not milk, especially when people have so many intolerances these days

I am diabetic and heavily pregnant. In order to use their toilet I had to buy something. I ordered an Americano. It was cold. Awful service.

Very friendly and efficient service; adequate seating inside, wi-fi and toilet available. This Costa is opposite the clock tower at the end of the Norwood Junction station approach road.
