All the comments about that stylist Michaela/Michail, he is truly awful. Besides personal hygiene, we went to look for his availability, he shoved some paper off the table onto the floor. His behavior, his demeanor scared the heck out of us. We booked with someone else.
Our service with another colorist and stylist was fine.
Management needs to address this.

This time Sasha,who washed my hair and massaged my head was lovely.Antonio was lovely too,and gave me a great cut.Reception were nice.Was happy to tip, on card, and come back to tip more ,in person,and drop chocolates off for staff to share.My hair feels nice and light.Lovely salon.Chilled,no anxiety.Love having my hair done.Been going to Academy,and salons for years.
