Absolutely outstanding service! I came in wanting to engrave a keyring, and not only did Kyril help me choose an even better, more suitable one, but he engraved it perfectly. Polite, helpful, kind, and incredibly professional throughout. The product finish is flawless and the whole experience was 10/10. Kyril is an amazing asset to the team, truly top-notch service.

The Greek guy in the shop at Cromwell Road was absolutely awsome. He saved my day by taking me a picture for my passport when the shop was already closed without a charge!! I'm speechless. Definitely recommend to support this business with their amazing people

Great service. I needed a watch strap repaired and rang the shop before going & he said he would repair it or source a replacement. I brought the watch in and he fixed the strap & rescrewed it. All very fast, friendly and effective. Would definitely use this Timpson branch again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Cromwell Road branch of Timpson thanks to Kyril. He went above and beyond to help me with a particularly tricky key duplication ? the key was an outdated and rare shape, but that didn?t stop him. Kyril was persistent, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me updated regularly, which I really appreciated, and ultimately managed to track down the correct key shape and get the job done perfectly. Excellent service from start to finish ? thank you, Kyril!

I had to take something in to get adjusted and I was greeted and helped by a very friendly member staff called Kyril. He went above and beyond to help me which was very much appreciated!! As I was on crutches at the time, he helped me there and then and didn?t have to wait very long. I have gone in to have other things done and he has always been more than helpful! Massive thank you to this guy!!!
