On July 9, 2025, at around 10:10 am, I ordered a Birthday Frappuccino, a Triple Chocolate Cookie, and a Dobbio Cafe Express. The total amount was £13.20. However, the attendant informed me that the Birthday Frappuccino was not available, and that a refund would be made, which I believe to be £6 or something. He did not provide me with the receipt, and it was my mistake for not requesting something that is mandatory to be delivered to the customer. However, I paid with my business account, which has a printout of the purchase. The problem is that he refunded a ridiculous amount. Starbucks does not have products, and I need to account for my expenses. How does this refund system work? Is it normal to steal from a customer like this, or was it a mistake? He required me to sign the receipt, which was done, but the refund only comes in after 24 hours. How should I proceed now? I want an answer.

Coffee OK but order wrong. And how can it be that you drink in but everything comes in takeaway packaging. Plastic plastic plastic... You would never ever get served a coffee in Italy in a paper cup with a plastic lid if you are drinking in. Starbucks eco rep is zero...

I usually go there afternoons but today I was there in the morning they guy there was horrible Amar was his name and not helping waited for a minute to place my order while store was empty he was chit chatting with other stuff and at all professional with rude face and not welcoming at no thank you no hello at all.

Why do Starbucks allow people who are not even paying customers to come in and use their sockets for long periods? I have just had to move because there was a man with his phone plugged in standing over me with a full view of my laptop. He hasn't paid for anything since he arrived about an hour ago. He has now taken the seat I was in.

Absolutely appalling service, gave me a large hit choc and small coffee, and more than anything they had no filter coffee and instead of any other starbucks and i mean any other - Sanjay would not give a americano, was absout as helpful as a hole in fhe head and quite belligerent. Im sure they will not care but we wont be going there again. Pret were next door and were amazing and helpful and cheaper.

Staff laughed at my wife when she asked about baby changing facilities and we had to change our son's dirty nappy on a seat. Fair enough if you don't have it but the poor attitude from staff is unnecessary.
