Just fine. Nothing wrong but it is odd to see one so light with customers, but I've only been once to be fair. Good, solid, expected. Just a Starbucks.

Just had a decaf espresso with cream here . Excellent coffee and excellent, prompt service from the staff. This little Starbucks is air conditioned and is conveniently located directly opposite to Gloucester Road Tube Station.

The indian-asian lady at the till- I would recommend to see a psychiatrist, abnormal behaviour without me doing or saying anything to provoke....I do understand life can be tough, maybe she's depressed etc., but if clients are nice, be nice too....

The baristas don?t know how to make a simple iced latte. They don?t stick with the exact amount of the milk in the cup. Which results in too much milk and very less ice.
