Every time I ask for less ice ? expecting more milk to make up the difference ? I end up with too much foam instead. Most of the staff don?t adjust the milk levels, which is frustrating. The only exception is one Asian male staff member who consistently fills the drink properly. I really appreciate his consistency and attention to detail.
It?s disappointing that the rest of the team can't follow such a simple request.

No atmosphere. Just people sitting on ther phones and laptops. servi e friendly enough. First visit to England in a while. A 3.80 flaf white comes in a cup no taller than a pac of cigarettes. Disgustingly small. How did British people allow such shrinkflation?

We has a Matcha Latte and a Chai latte. The service was incredible ! It reminded me of the origins of Starbucks when they were all famous for the devotion to customer service. Kurt was our barista, he made our drinks with care and professionalism. Well done!!

The most ridiculous customer service I?ve encountered in London. We were served by Billal who purposely mislead us when we ordered a ?small? coffee and serves us tall instead of short. When asked why we got served tall instead of short & why we weee never informed that they don?t have small in the menu, he informed us that we should have ordered Short!! Unbelievable
