This the 3rd branch telling me the WC is not working!!!! I believe a culture has spread among your employees where they close the restrooms and tell customers they are out of order just to avoid cleaning them. Pay them higher salaries, and we will pay you in return. Shutting down the restrooms is inhumane, especially considering I have paid to stay here.

Exceptional service at Pret Gloucester Road! Ash and Maliha were warm, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made my visit outstanding. It?s rare to see such genuine hospitality. The coffee was perfect, the atmosphere welcoming, and the service unmatched. Thanks to Ash and Maliha for elevating the experience!

This Pret is dirty. The staff rarely clean down the tables and chairs. They also only give you a tray for your food eating in if you ask.

The sandwich and pastry item was very good, and reasonably priced. It was a quick pick up prior to are trip on the early tube and train trip. Very convenient and a great location to the underground.

All I need is a smile in the morning! Daniela, the Spanish lady is my favourite barista all the time. She has a really friendly approach and she is making the best coffee in that particular store. Well done and thank you all. ????

Went in yesterday for a latte... as always it was perfect and delicious. I did notice some Gluten free to go food as well. This morning i went and got a Roasted mushroom bean and egg protein bowl which was so tasty and super affordable. I took 2 matcha latte which left me quite disappointed... as much as i love the coffee at pret, the matcha latte looks underwhelming green water with a bit of milk to not make it trans lucid. Will most definitely be back but will stick to the latte
