This branch of Pret in South Kensington was a disappointment. The staff were doing their best but clearly there weren't enough of them. The whole place was dirty and there was spilled drinks on the floor making it quote slippery. Not the standard of Pret you would expect

Ok for a coffee outlet with pastries only one of five that I tried that accepted cash in the area around South Kensington tube station bit of madhouse I suppose it would be at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday

A very poorly run store.
I like Pret so stopped here when I was in the area, basically to use the bathroom and have a short rest and an ice coffee.
The attitude of some staff absolutely stinks. They should be sacked on the spot for talking to customers the way they do (most staff seem pleasant)
The store is very poorly managed. 2 out of 3 toilets were out of order and the one that was available was absolutely disgusting.
I also had to wipe my own table down. The whole time I was there I didn't see any staff clearing or wiping tables.
Without any doubt this is the worst Pret I've ever been to

8.30am this morning, just like every Saturday, there's no baguettes. Was told to wait, waited 15 minutes. This time I grabbed a sandwich instead but next time I will be shopping elsewhere.

Pret (Heated) Swedish Meatball wrap was very filling, the wrap comes already heat wrapped, well packaged. It had a wonderful blend of Meatball with a well seasoned tomato sauce giving it a pleasant taste.
A favourite of my colleagues & I, our regular order from Pret is the Tuna cucumber baguette which is absolutely divine. The tuna is generously well spread with cucumber on the baguette this wins every time. Usually always sold out but it is fantastic. I confidently recommend this Tuna cucumber baguette from Pret with the only downside being the constant price hikes.
We also tried the Chicken Salad baguette which was also very good but nothing beats the tune cucumber baguette in my opinion.
I also had a Large Pret cookie which was nothing spectacular I?ve had better I wouldn?t get it again but an ok addition with a coffee. For the price of one cookie you can find much better, from my experience??but again the tuna cucumber baguette stole the show, terrific.
