We've come before and it's been fine but last meal we had everything came cold, waited 50mims for water (asked 3 times) and the food just didn't taste right. Genuinely disappointed

Pizza was delicious ? we went when it was very busy, but there was still hardly any wait to get our food. Very prompt, and food was lovely and fresh. The large size is good for sharing with two people. Starters were also lovely. Staff were very nice. Drinks were average.

Had a lovely meal at Pizza Express Kensington! A big shoutout to Mariana, who made our experience extra special. She was incredibly friendly, very professional, and super efficient ? we never had to ask for anything twice. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It?s rare to find such great service these days, but Mariana truly delivered. We left happy, satisfied, and grateful for the excellent care she gave us. Thank you, Mariana!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Pizza Express in Kensington, London! Our server, Mariana, was absolutely fantastic ? warm, professional, attentive, and impressively fast. She made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency truly stood out, and she added a personal touch that made our meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere relaxed, and the service top-notch thanks to Mariana. Highly recommended!

I?ve been coming to the Pizza Express for the past 4 years, and it used to be a pleasant experience every time. The waiters were friendly, helpful, and made the atmosphere welcoming. But during my recent visit, I was shocked by how much things have changed. All the staff seem to have been replaced, and the new team is far less professional and not welcoming at all. The service was cold, slow, and unhelpful. It?s really disappointing to see such a drop in quality.
