After over 20 years of loyally shopping at Pandora, I now will not return after being bare-faced lied to.
I took in some items, nearly all of which I had bought from Pandora in the first place, to place on consignment. I was insultingly lowballed, and treated very dismissively. For example, I brought a fur jacket that I bought from Pandora only 6 months ago for £1800. The lady in charge of valuation offered me £70 for it! And then lied and said that ?this isn?t something we would sell? despite them literally selling it to me.
Similarly, I bought a Chanel bag from them for approaching £3000 and she again lied and said it was only worth £500.
I should add that this was not part of an in depth or considered valuation process. She simply glanced at the items, didn?t even pick them up to inspect them or to check their authenticity, and reeled off figures like we were in a car boot sale.
This is my first time trying to sell through Pandora and it?s disgraceful that they would try to scam loyal shoppers into consigning their items with them at significantly below market value, to maximise their margins.

Very dissapointing experience. My husband and I were looking for a bag for my birthday, he asked a couple of questions and this older blonde woman with an accent behind a counter was rude and condesending to him. She was also following me with her eyes the entire time. With so many other stores around with 2nd hand products, this people should think twice before mistreating customers. Never coming back.

I had a great experience with the staff, I had a lovely conversation with the lady behind the till and I never felt like I was being followed around the store. Fantastic stock too!

I was so excited to go to this shop. However, about 5 minutes into shopping I noticed one of the attendants got really close within half an arm distance. Didn?t think much of it as they appeared to be adjusting a rack I was previously looking at. Then a couple minutes later a different attendant came up very close and looked to be adjusting something else near me. This continued for the next 20 minutes of the two attendants following my husband and I closely. It wasn?t till he noticed that it became increasingly more uncomfortable. I have never been followed around a shop or stared at in the manner that these two attendants were doing. They never once asked if I needed help with something or smiled like a helpful employee would. Overall the experience was unsettling and made it difficult to shop. Especially having never been profiled in such a way before. We left after 20 minutes disappointed and uneasy.

Still pretty expensive even though second hand. I took 2 items back because they were faulty, not expecting a refund but at least expecting some sort of voucher for the future or the offer of repairing. I had spent £1900 a few weeks before. One of the staff was extremely rude and I saw her be rude unnecessarily to a staff member she was managing. Be nice to your staff and customers! Shame on you.

I visited Pandora a few weeks ago to window shop the level of service in here is great and fun! Hidden down a street with a fun and quirky window art. This place has a lot of hidden gems for any vintage shopper, some items a little on the pricey side but for the area it?s understandable.
Definitely worth a visit if you are shopping or on a day out around Brompton a nice change to Harrods.

Nice store, found it quite hard to find any pieces because everything is quite crammed together but there is a large selection of nice items. Would recommend if you have time to look for steals.

I am a very confident client of Pandora. The fashions are beautiful, in excellent quality, and the expert team are very knowledgeable and helpful whilst you shop. I highly recommend Pandora for women who are looking for the finest items at resale.

First time going there! The prices are expensive for second hand pieces. I did not get anything. It was not busy on a Sunday afternoon. Overall, good experience.
