Very dissapointing experience. My husband and I were looking for a bag for my birthday, he asked a couple of questions and this older blonde woman with an accent behind a counter was rude and condesending to him. I had a great experience with the staff, I had a lovely conversation with the lady behind the till and I never felt like I was being followed around the store. Fantastic stock too!
