I?d like to share my experience with their pricing. For the same item (jacket potatoes with identical fillings), I was charged differently on multiple occasions, ranging from ~£4.5 to £5.86, even with the same discount applied. I also had a similar issue with their tea. The amount I was charged was higher than the price displayed on their screen. When I asked about it, one staff member gave me one explanation, while another gave me a completely different reason, saying it was because I didn?t bring my own cup. Isn?t it more standard to offer a discount for bringing your own cup rather than charging more if you don?t? BTW it is always the same lady giving you the higher price.

Healthy high protein option on campus. Idk what else is worth it bcs nothing else rlly seems worth it for the price? but i literally order the salad and shwarma wrap multiple times!!

Americano is bad bad bad bad bad ? but the staff is friendly. There is a man often greeting me every time when I go to here

there?s one stuff extremely rude, I go ask him can I have the iced latte when he?s literally standing behind the counter and taking orders. He rolled his eyes and told me to go order somewhere else. I dont know what?s his problem but i think the service needs some serious improvement

They have sustainability posters all over the place, still they only serve everything in disposable cups and on disposable plates. Not even the bio-degradable ones, but all of it has to go to the general waste bin.
Also the wasn?t good and the breakfast offer not worth the band breakfast.

Food is great given the low price, can be hard to find a seat during lunch/dinner hours but that?s also normal. The biggest issue here is the clerks? attitude - I usually dropped by for meals after lectures, and like some reviews mentioned some of them can be extremely rude. Today I asked, nicely, if I could get two chicken legs with a double price, and the woman seemed to not hear me talking at all, except for the dismissive and impatient look indicated she did. So I repeated my question and with an obvious eye rolling I got a second leg. While checking out I asked the cashier girl if I could get more salad since it?s only half the usual portion. The girl then stared at me for two seconds straight, frowned, before slowly reaching for the salad in silence. After a few more seconds I then get one small extra piece of cucumber and two thin slices of tomatoes, which I assumed was because the tongs were very slippery. ? Situations like this happened multiple times, mainly when I was ordering hot food, and very rarely I could get a smiley face. Didn?t bother to leave a comment before but I happened to have a bad mood today, so here we are :)

Displayed prices for coffee have nothing to do with the actual price you pay so don't even bother checking before purchase. Except some good ones, majority staffs tend to communicate with customers in a condescending manner. In certain situations, if a customer responds a bit loudly due to noisy and busy environment, they may be accused of mistreating staffs and be subjected to public shaming.Also saw Ratatouille star's Remy and his relatives jumping out of vending machines or running directly into the kitchen at daytime. Homeless people sometimes sleep here at night. Student here for about 2 years.
