Lovely food. Very well presented staff friendly reasonable price and even got offered complimentary ice cream.

Not recommended at all. The staff is too relaxed. The food is frankly bad. I had a gourmand cheese burger. I don?t know whether it?s the recipe itself or the bad cooking but it was 4/10. It definitely lacks some sauce or flavour in general. Very very plain. Not worth money.

The smash burger was fine, but nothing special. Service was good though (included in the bill).
All together - it's worth the try, but for the same price range maybe other places with better options.

Awesome experience , great service and very clean place , the staff were amazing they were very helpful and polite , the kitchen is very clean and food was great . One of the best restaurants I visited in London.????

The place is nice and the menu has certain halal meals. There is a guy named Raju who is polite and polite and teaches you what is halal. The order is as follows:
Satay Bomb Burger 10/10
Potatoes 10/10

Not what it once was, been going to this and other GBK locations since first opening in the UK. The chips were poor, not cooked left hard and pale. They started light and crispy but the ones lower down were pale and hard and not fluffy and crispy. I can not belive the waiter had no idea how chips should be and said I should have asked for them to be crispy, well you can't eat hard chips that are pale. Come on it's a basic british food item! The delivery drivers coming in and out so often ruined the resturant atmosphere that once existed. the tables look tired and this new way of serving food on trays not plates then the prices should reflect this change. The onion rings used to be burning hot on a arrival now they were just very warm. perhaps limit the number of delivery orders per hour to restore the resturant quality after all it is a resturant first and foremost and not a takeaway.

It's telling when two tables are independently talking about better burger places to go to while eating.
To pay in advance for service when ordering on a tablet and then not interact with servers AT ALL is crazy. What's the excuse here? They aren't going above and beyond so the only reason is bumping their salaries which is the restaurant's responsibility. I'd think it was a one off but the manager and maybe a senior were there the whole time, totally worth the surcharge.
Food was greasy and ordinary quality and for the same price as much better places.
It's got great reviews but it's a legacy joint in a high tourist area - I beg you please just try the other joint next door (the busy one) unless you have low expectations. I left having felt ripped off and that's not a good aftertaste.
