“Room was good size and had kitchen facilities and a washing machine. But lacked a wardrobe to unpack clothes into for a long stay. Mentioned this to people at the front desk. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Amanda at the front desk in particular. Could not have been better. Hotel was extremely well placed for what we wanted to do. Near Royal Albert Hall, V&A museum, Science Museum and Natural History Museum. Also Harrods was just a 15 minute walk away.”
