Good location and vibe, with friendly staff. I had a fun night with friends, but the coffee and desserts were a real letdown. Wish the quality of the hot drinks and sweets matched the rest of the experience.

They were very busy with half term families but we were seated and served promptly. Very impressed with the speed considering the numbers.
The food and wine were excellent reminiscent of Carluccios when it first appeared on the scene. Nice staff friendly and helpful and Nathaniel did a great job of looking after we old foggies. Highly recommend.
Have been back twice since. Today 26th March. Served by Fabritzio and Panteras. Great team. Everything was great; the food, wine and ambiance. Will be back again soon.

We were very impressed this evening by the care shown to my friends and I when visiting after a very poor experience at another branch last year. The food was really excellent and we didn't feel rushed whatsoever. All the team were kind and the management team seemed equally engaged with customers and their own team. Great Pinsa and the Antipasti board was really lovely. A lovely experience all around xx

Such a nice and cozy place with really friendly staff, proper Italian tastes and a good discount when you revisit! You also find a really good kids menu!

A bit of a disappointing experience this time around. Menu seems to have been dramatically cut back and service was a bit slack.

Lovely atmosphere, restaurant is very clean and tidy. Met a lovely waitress called Veronica. Food was delicious and drinks too. Enjoyed dining here.

Mediocre food that wasn't very hot. I was largely ignored by the servers and they have the audacity to add a service charge and ask for a tip! I can't recommend it.

Nice place for a family lunch. We had a big round table in the corner by the window which worked nicely for the six of us.
