I love the team here, they always have a kind little talk to give with my coffee. Specially Maria ( hope i remember her name correct ) she is lovely and gave a really nice coffe as well.

Staff were great and very efficient, however with coffee at £4-5 per cup the least they can do is provide a customer toilet. Everywhere else nearby was customer toilet only. I feel anywhere selling food and drink should be compelled by local authority to provide toilet facilities. Even just one.

Nice little caffe, the staff were, so nice with us and extremely friendly. We had our 3 months old with us that needed a change. The caffe doesn't have toilets where we can change him, but the lovely staff offered us an area to change him out of the clients eye. I am very grateful for this lovely gesture.The caffe is relatively small, there are a few tables and a bar type area next to the window. We had some food that was nice and a lovely coffee. The place can get busier mid of the day. Will visit again when in the area.

In app orders for collection are not always actioned quickly by staff but I like the coffee and the service is always pleasant.

A nice little branch with friendly staff. Comfortable seating, with some tables outside. It's quite close to South Kensington tube, and so is handy if you're visiting the museum(s).
