We ordered coffees and several desserts. Coffees were pretty good, the desserts all tasted stale. We may be spoiled by the several bakeries we've visited in London during our stay that were absolutely excellent.

I?ve been visiting that place for 10 years now. Although staff was okay, on July 2nd, there was a man seated in the back making noise and clearly disturbing everyone peace, yelling and preventing people from seating at certain places BUT the staff did nothing strangely. Apparently he is used to go there and stay until closing?.

I just went into Cafe Nero - Gloucester Road - London to buy a coffee. I said to the barista good morning how are you - he ignored me and I repeated how are you doing today. I always say how are you when I go into shops. He looked me up and down and looked at his colleague who did the same and they both laughed at me. I said I was only being friendly and they laughed again. I left. I go to cafe Nero all the time but will never go there again. I was only being courteous and respectful. For your staff to behave in such a way to a customer is extremely disappointing and lacks any 5 star customer service.

Sat 3, May (2:35pm), I visited a Nero coffee shop and ordered an Espresso Columbia single shot. The barista, a black girl with long hair, appeared disinterested in her work. Surprisingly, she charged me £5.65 instead of £2.65. Although I assumed it might be a special menu item, today I visited another Nero shop and was charged the correct price of £2.65. When I asked the barista there, she explained that I should have brought it to the attention of the staff at the previous shop. Upon returning to the original shop and explaining the situation to someone else, they apologized for the error. However, this experience has left a negative impression of your coffee shop. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter."

I loved visiting this place. They have a very good porridge and I enjoyed their Americano, but they serve it incredibly hot. I spilled mine on accident and it literally scalded my hand and I got a second degree burn. They really need to fix that or at least put sleeves over the take away cups. Other than that, I have no complaints

Café Nero Gloucester road the staff are very helpful and friendly so I was so shocked today as my friend and I were just finishing up our drinks when a man came in and kicked the cleaning sign over and was not pleasant he was waiting for the lady to arrive he ordered two drinks and after a short time asked the staff when was closing time the lady behind the counter said politely in one hour sir he lost his temper and was so very nasty and abusive I thought he was going to hit her two other people stood there and after a while this nasty aggressive man left with the woman.ifelt sorry for the lady behind the counter as she was visibly shaken.
