We went to this burger place as our first choice burger place had a long Q. Once we walked in all our hesitation was gone. Really friendly and super fast staff. The food was great, tasty and nicely displayed. The waitress came a few times then made sure all was ok or if we needed anything. It was definitely worth walking those 200 meters from the tourist.Kid-friendliness: There were many families with well behaved small children. And plenty of teenage kids.

My son and I had a great dining experience. Our food was very tasty and the lovely natured Valerie provided us with superb service.Vegetarian options: Byron offers excellent vegetarian and vegan options.

Cold sides. Bacon in the burger was cold. Sat next to two noisy parties and couldn't hear our own conversation. A completely unpleasant dining experience. Friendly staff but only attentive to the noisy parties.

My wife and I ate here on Saturday afternoon. We really enjoyed our meal but the best part was meeting Valerie, what a diamond lady.We witnessed a genuine kindness by Valerie to a stranger and her humour and effortless efficiency was great.Don't lose her.

Great food, came fast and fresh and had the most lovely server named Valerie who helped us stay human and took our order and payment normally versus the weird tap phone app to order and pay which wasn?t the clearest way of reading the menu or making an order. Thanks Val!

Excellent service, the waiter (Simone) completely attentive, at the table, to replenish our drinks, to offer desserts, in a courteous and appropriate way, the food warm and on time at the table, the bathrooms impeccable, the lighting and atmosphere very good , I advise you to try the clucky chicken burger dipped in buffalo sauce100% recommended restaurant

Called the restaurant to ask why the option of adding an additional patty wasn?t available ?couldn?t get no answer but ?sorry ? the waitress was helpful and polite, the so called ( floor supervizor) manager who she passed me to talked to was no help at all. Waited for the food to be made for at least 1h, had to call again and ask what?s going on, and off-course the food arrived cold and soggy after more then 1:30h of waiting.

I didn't try the burgers but the ones I saw passed looked delicious. I tasted 2 sides (Mac & cheese) and onion rings. Very generous and good portions. The milkshake was delicious. Good value for money. Friendly and efficient service!

Friendliest staff, accommodating to your needs and genuinely care about allergies. Had a traditional cheese burger and a grilled chicken burger with bottomless fries. Fairly priced for this area! Great for a quick dinner nearby the station.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible toilet
