This is not a great place to dine. The staff were absolutely unfriendly and not helpful at all. Everything is via online orders. There is room for massive improvement by providing better customer service and cleanliness. Management needs to come in and sort this out or this outlet will definitely get closed or taken over. Would not recommended this. I am sure there a better places around to dine where you and staff are respected accordingly. Thank you and have a great day ?

Excellent as always, never been to this one before, pleasantly surprised by the speed of service, especially being in London, the food was hot and the staff friendly.

I ate there a week ago, and I did not like the preparation of the food, as whoever was preparing the burgers was without gloves to put the ingredients in the burgers, and this is not healthy.

I come to this Burger King every chance I get, not just for the food, but for the fantastic staff?especially Kamal! In a fast-paced world, it's refreshing to be greeted with such kindness and friendly service. Kamal always brings a smile to my face, making my day brighter with his positive attitude. Great service, great people, and a great start to my day! Highly recommend this location!

Visited Gloucester road London. Two adults three children and had the kids eat free code. Couldn't order at the till as this is not possible. Couldn't order on my phone as no service so had to try the kiosk machine. One child is vegan. No vegan option for children so had to order adult meal. So now I'm ordering 3 adult meals! Couldn't get the machine to accept my code so asked for assistance. Finally I have a complete basket but I'm only allowed one free child meal despite ordering 3 adult meals. Not how I interpreted the t&c's. What a con. When meal was delivered to table our adult cheese burger was smaller than the child's plain burger. We only had 4 portions of chips and no coffee. After 10 minutes I returned to the till to hear an oh sorry we forgot to bring the rest! Very disappointed disallusioned and disgusted that vegetarian or vegan children are not recognised. Not only that, this so called deal with my grandchildren cost me much more than it should have done. Have deleted the app and won't use burger king again.

I went with my seven year old son to get some lunch and the order came quick and was absolutely delicious! Washroom was clean as well!

"I had an excellent experience at the Burger King on Gloucestar Road recently. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The manager, Akalanka, ensured that everything ran smoothly and was very attentive to all customers. The staff, especially Prudhvi siva, were efficient, courteous, and made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly as I expected. It?s rare to see such great customer service, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I?ll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you to Akalanka and the whole team for making my visit so enjoyable!"
