Always come here and staff are really nice. Today someone I?ve never seen was on the till and was staring at me whilst filling up my tank. Looked like he wanted to switch off the pump but was too late. Then as I was paying I proceeded to ask him what the issue was and why he was staring at me. I apparently look underage and he kept on commenting on my looks. Quite rude and unprofessional if you ask me.

Today I went to this service station to get fuel and there?s guy called ?Raja? very friendly and spoke to us pleasantly. As a person who works at customer service, I appreciate his service very much and I was very happy with him.

I went to wash my car at this garage and I noticed that the car wash is not working properly . When I informed the staff - he said the system was changed:) . Interesting when you can see clearly the wheel brushes are not working.

I want to leave a zero star review but lowest I can give is one. I came here to buy coffee and fill up my car and asked a simple question about the coffee machine not working. The worker Raja started to give me attitude and being rude. He even treated to harm me and police was called. Shell should not be hiring these type of people as they are rude, dangerous and can?t even speak English.

don?t know if i should give 5 stars or 1 stars. one staff member is nice and friendly and the night staff is just rude spent 5 mins waiting for him didn?t even say a word but ?what else?. its like russian roulette you win you may lose

Rude member of staff last night. Would not give a refund after the screw wash machine wasn?t working and my card had been charged. Just laughed in my face and refused to give a refund?

priced a lot more then others! £1 for air and water is a joke! The car wash for £8 never washes your car or ever works a half the time!The hoover is rubbish and never works!Very small station.Hard to get into the station also.And most of the time you have a long wait to be able to fill up.Don?t waste your money on the car wash or hoover and certainly the air isn?t worth it!If you can make else where to fill up I?d suggest you do!Not a all round good station at all!Where the air machine is is a nightmare also!And if you want to hoover your car after the poor car wash the poor excuse of the hoover is bad enough but you park up to do it and you block others coming out the car wash butBlooming nightmare all Robyn this please is!
