This is by far the worst Shell station I?ve ever been to. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful ? they act like serving customers is a burden. The pumps are often out of order, the forecourt is dirty, and the air/water machines are either broken or charge you unfairly. Prices are much higher than other nearby stations, and they don?t seem to care at all about customer service.
I had an awful experience here and will never return. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other petrol station nearby ? you?ll get better service and fairer prices.

I used the car wash and due to queuing for it while a tanker came to refuel, I got a parking fine. I thought I would appeal and easily explain but was horrified when I got a response that my appeal is denied. This is clearly a scam car wash service, as I was NEVER parked. I paid £9 for a service that is costing me £90 + £9! Make it make sense. Cruel scammers! I'll never go back and I hope noone does too. Wish I could give a -1000 review. Scammers!!!!
Update: don't bother to use the link Shell provided asking for further information. They will do NOTHING but spew the garbage that it's privately owned. Shell is very much aware of this scam but refuses to do anything about it. Both Shell and the owners should be ashamed of themselves!!!

They installed a brand new drive through car wash which is a lot better than the alternatives around. Works contactless so you don?t even need to go inside the shop

Im used car wash and got a parking ticket from Euro car pack, after Im showing evidence to the staff they said they will clear it, I think it?s worked, brilliant service guys thanks

Went for refuelling and car wash. Spend 31 minutes for all the process because it was busy there and got a euro parks ticket of £70. Do not go there for car wash.

I don?t recommend this car wash because I come every time for car wash. It never worked properly. There are some pictures I?d like to share that proofs there?s no foam wash but they charged for it. The manager restarted twice but still no foam. Then he did not give me a refund instead he gave me a free car wash for next time. After all these struggles I received a penalty charge so I had to come back to this petrol station to cancel my penalty. This time I used that free car wash but again same story. Even after a week, that problem wasn?t sorted. They keep stealing from the customers. Poor car wash
