This is by far the worst Shell station I’ve ever been to. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful – they act like serving customers is a burden. The pumps are often out of order, the forecourt is dirty, and the air/water machines are either broken or charge you unfairly. Prices are much higher than other nearby... read full comment

I used the car wash and due to queuing for it while a tanker came to refuel, I got a parking fine. I thought I would appeal and easily explain but was horrified when I got a response that my appeal is denied. This is clearly a scam car wash service, as I was NEVER parked.
