40 mins after ordering restaurant called to say pizza wouldn?t be delivered - they?d run out of ingredients at 7pm on a Thursday! We will think again before ordering from Papa Johns. A shame as has been good in the past.

The WORST restaurant ever! Waited an hour for the wrong delivery to Turn up, cold and burnt. Tried calling no answer and had to get the delivery driver to call them to call me. Agreed to send another one, waited another hour. Tried to call them to find out what happened and proceeded to get shouted at down the phone to say I was in the wrong for complaining! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

We just ordered pizza and it said it?s been delivered! But there is no pizza and delivery! What a joke and you don?t even answer your phones! Now we are having to drive down to you and tell you as there is no other way of getting hold of this branch!

Pizza showed up with multiple hairs all over it. I phoned the branch and the refused to offer a refund, saying they can only replace the pizza (why would I want another pizza from a place with such poor hygiene practices). Still waiting to see if head office provide a refund.

Pathetic service? ordered food online.. more than 1.20 minutes? order didn?t got delivered. No response when called, later a lady picked up a call and said it will be delivered in 15 minutes. Worst place to order from, Domino?s is way better and on time. So unprofessional behaviour. Would never ever order from them neither would recommend anyone to other from Papa John?s ever. So disappointed.

I?m shocked to see how many people have the same experience as this. I ordered a pizza at 9:00pm, 9:30pm app said it was delivered. 10:00pm still no pizza so I called the store and was told it will be here any minute. 10:30pm still no pizza. Called again but no answer, kept calling for 30 mins straight and no answer. Obviously the staff decided to close 30 mins early and not care about anyone who ordered. 11:00pm pizza arrived like a piece of plastic that could have smashed a window. Called back today to complain, was told manager is not here and I wasn?t working yesterday so not my problem. Papa Johns needs to end its franchise contract with this branch or at least allow users to choose a different location. I also want my money back.

Love coming here! Great customer service and their vegan pizza is the best I?ve ever tasted! Better than anywhere else. The restaurant is clean and there is a table to sit on while you wait for your order. The manager (I think it?s spelt Sherie) is lovely too- warm and friendly. We ordered from them a few weeks ago for my kids party and the order arrived bang on the dot. Not 1 minute late so we are really grateful to have them round the corner from us. Thanks so much once again!

Avoid any this branch at all cost?s. Ordered a few times hoping the service would get better but time and time your left waiting a ridiculous amount of time . Don?t bother calling because no one will pick up the phone . Food is not top quality compared to other branches . Won?t be ordering again .

Similar experience to others. Always really late on delivery, takes at least an hour and a half. Always cold on arrival.Food seems like it'd be really nice fresh and warm but that hasn't happened in the three times I've tried.Last time I called I was told they were only a little busier than normal and given the other reviews I just assume at this point that this is the standard level of service they give. Really unfortunate.
