24 hours my foot. Arrived here to use the car wash early morning before a meeting. I was told by the staff member that the car wash can?t be used until 8am. Can?t even blame that on noise as the road outside is louder!

Came here for car wash twice, first time it was broken, second time came at 19:40, was told it's closed, asked for opening times, was told 8:00-20:00, but it closed early??

Rubbish customer service. A guy named something ?athavan? was very rude when i asked for a coffee and he didn?t want to give me and kicked me out. This happened on 6 june 2024 at 8:50pm

For as long as I've known the place, it has been open 24hr for late night shoppers.It even still says on Google that it's open 24hrs.Used to be a real saving grace for people that work awkward hours and those who need late night groceries.

What has happened , have they had their collar felt ? For the last 18 months they have colluded with their local esso and shell garage and each have held their prices way higher than anyone else (including BP Shirley , esso Shirley and shell west wickham 2/3 miles away) for the last 18 months . This last week they have each become very competitive. The national press reported price fixing on fuel a week ago ??.

First time user of this place today as working in area and it is OK for what it is. Ideally I don't like using petrol stations on roundabouts, but when ya need to fuel ya gotta fuel...

Edit: was contacted by email from customer service saying they would be in touch via email within a week, its been over a week, even your complaint management isn't followed up, send a generic email and hope for the best, multi-billion pound company. You should be deeply ashamed of yourselves.
Rude and arrogant staff, look at their customers as a hassle.
I literally travel further away just to avoid this place due to the poor management, should have a visit from head office to see how poorly they treat their customers

I walk past this place most mornings and at different times. It is always closed. I mean, always closed. The whole place must shut down for 2-3 hours to oversee daily deliveries. I can only think it is a money machine there if they can afford to be closed for so long during core customer hours of service. If they cared enough, they?d find a way to stay open, right?## Still closed 1.5 hours later - tempted to update Google Maps and mark the business as closed
