FOOD NOT DELIVERED. Paid £30 for food that did not arrive. When I called they told me they don?t know and the driver lied and said he delivered food when he did not!! When u speak to them they hang up the phone on you and just say they want u to come into the shop and see them and hang up and do not answer!!! Don?t order here because they steal ur food!!

My mother is 81 and incredibly hard to please. This restaurant has never gotten a single complaint, and I'm harassed to order again. I'll be honest and admit we're both housebound, and I've never been to the place. My 'atmosphere' rating might be off, I can't say... but the people are amazing and try very hard to give you what you ask for. This is currently my favorite place to order from.

Very confusing menu as menu online is different to shop menu. Lovely staff but new so a few items on order were misunderstood.
Was hoping to eat in but zilch atmosphere so decided on takeaway. Overcharged for my order due to misunderstanding Food was insipid and not usual standard.

Probably the best Chinese restaurant I?ve ever been to! Great food and lovely staff.
I highly recommend trying their specially made crispy shredded beef.

Beautiful place for special events. My fiancée proposed to me this Thursday night at Blossom House. This has been our place to meet up for over 10 years, ever since me and my fiancée have gotten together.
On Thursday, my fiancée proposed to me at this restaurant ? he said that the restaurant staff were willing to cooperate ( the manager and two girls ). The atmosphere was very warm and romantic. A perfect spot for a date.
My fiancée and I had a bit of a drink too and when we left the restaurant, it was quite late so we couldn?t drive back home. The restaurant then called a taxi for us to send us back.
The food was delicious as always. Blossom House will always be my favourite restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible but not sure on toilets.

Brilliant restaurant. First time coming here and we were impressed! Food was high quality and delicious.
Went here at around 6:30pm for my son?s birthday. We had 5 people and the atmosphere was fantastic. They played us music and the waitresses/waiters were very friendly and attentive. They even gave our son a gift for his birthday which made him even happier! Plus, some fortune cookies for everyone at the end of our meal which everyone really enjoyed.
My husband is actually allergic to nuts and the manager made sure that everything he ate was free from nuts. Very good customer service and I will be coming back again!

Delicious food. Tried their new dish (Korean chicken wings) and once again, did not disappoint :). Loved the chicken and sweet corn soup + Egg fried rice. Service also great. Saw two young girls working there and they were really friendly.Atmousphere makes me feel very relaxed too.

Food was ok but got disappointed with charges, I had groupon voucher and they tried to charge for my food on top of voucher I already payed for, I had 4 coke zeros and one beer, the bill came up to £75 when I?ve said i gave the code of the voucher. After they brought me the new bill which was £21.80, £15 for drinks a £6.80 for service charge for the drinks I ordered.if i decide to have food only there wouldn?t be any charge as food was already paid for with groupon vouchers , at the end of the day the service charge was half of the amount of the drinks i paid for, absolute rip off

Went here in the early afternoon, found the food to be very flavoursome . I gave only 3 stars for atmosphere as it looked closed from the outside and dim inside.

Just 2 of us eating in. Ordered dumplings & Spring roll starters. Spring rolls didnt arrive until 10 minutes after dumplings, obviously forgotten or sent out in take away. Chefs special hand made noodles with king prawns at just under £13 were not hand made. Were Amoy ready to wok thick noodles or similar. No king prawns! Overall poor. Very expensive for below average fòod with little authenticity & poor service in atmosphere less room. Avoid.

Ordered an evening delivery through Uber Eats for a family meal. Delivery estimate was 30-50 minutes but it took 1.5 hours, which ruined our plans for the evening.Food was fairly good but some of it was quite greasy.Disappointing that there were no little extras you normally get from a Chinese delivery like prawn crackers or fortune cookies, especially when we spent over £70 and it was so late
