Booked for 9am slot. Got there 5 mins early and was told by the security guy that the person wasn't here yet and to wait in my car for him to arrive. Left at 9.20am having given up and received a missed call at 9.30am no message, no apology. Since received text messages and emails saying 'sorry you missed your slot' but I was absolutely there and no one turned up. Had to take time from work to make this appointment and totally let down. Totally unacceptable.
