I went to the tp in sidcup today to look at some wood I was told a price on a few then I seen these pallets I did ask a guy there are they for sale and delivery he said there free you can take as many as you like so I saidcwhat about the delivery charge another person told me from inside the shop it will cost around say £15 so I said ok I went outside picked out all the pallets I wanted went inside told a guy I git my palletscall there hiw much for delivery he said his the manager and he can't and won't beable to deliver them and someone else said to me different why don't people tell you the truth and not get people's hopes up that really pissed me of today what happened to me I am very disappointed with tp and the staff fir giving me the ring information

I really needed some reinforcing bar so I had to make a quick trip to the Sidcup store with my daughter under one arm. A guy saw me come in immediately came over to help, asked me what I needed, radioed it through to the customer service desk so I could pay and dropped it next to my car for me. I was extremely grateful!
